1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and scatterph ("scatterph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the scatterph website located at scatterph.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by scatterph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

scatterph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of scatterph services, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to all scatterph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the scatterph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. scatterph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Account Verification: scatterph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Account Closure: scatterph reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity.

You must notify scatterph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team. scatterph will investigate all reported incidents and take appropriate action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the scatterph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: scatterph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at scatterph's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your scatterph account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. scatterph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe specified on the Platform. scatterph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Return to Source: Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

scatterph reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

scatterph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Unused bonuses will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

scatterph offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slot games, live bingo, sports betting (including boxing and PBA markets), and the Nine card game. The following terms apply to all games on the Platform:

• Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each game round and are final.
• Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.
• Sports betting odds are set by scatterph and may be subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted at a given price will be honoured at that price regardless of subsequent odds movements, except in cases of obvious error.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from scatterph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any scatterph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of scatterph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by scatterph and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude scatterph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

scatterph operates within the Philippine regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
